- Process invoices, offers and orders and monitor payment transactions
- Process emails and documents professionally and make phone calls securely
- Create documents, presentations and evaluations and make them available for projects
- Use digital systems and office programs securely while working with your colleagues

- Enjoy designing documents, presentations, or reports
- Enjoy to have contact with people and like to communicate
- Find working with numbers, lists and appointments exciting
- Have successfully obtained an intermediate level of education
- Have good written and spoken German skills — this is necessary for team communication
