Elflein Christmas Campaign "Christmas stars" 2024
Once again this year, ELFLEIN supported charitable organizations through its “Christmas Stars” campaign, donating a total of €15,000 to three non-profit organizations. In coordination with our customers and partners, the donation amount was divided among the selected organizations.
€7,050 donated to Schmetterlingskinder Leipzig
A total of €7,050 — representing 47% of the total donation amount — was donated to Schmetterlingskinder Leipzig.
The organization supports parents who have lost their child during pregnancy or shortly after birth. Through counseling, guidance and emotional support, they help affected families cope with grief during an incredibly difficult time.
We were pleased to personally hand over the donation cheque on site in Leipzig.

€4,050 donated to Barmherzige Brüder Behindertenhilfe gGmbH
A total of €4,050 — representing 27% of the donations — was given to Barmherzige Brüder Behindertenhilfe gGmbH.
The organization is dedicated to supporting people with disabilities through comprehensive care services. With residential and employment opportunities as well as specialized support programs, it helps people with physical and mental disabilities live as independently as possible.
Mrs. Häusser and Mr. Bem visited us in Bamberg for the official handover of the donation cheque.

€3,900 donated to Ozeankind e.V.
The remaining €3,900 — representing 26% of the total donations — went to Ozeankind e.V..
Since 2018, Ozeankind e.V. has been promoting environmental awareness among children through innovative educational initiatives and hands-on recycling projects in Germany and Zanzibar. Through activities such as clean-up campaigns, recycling swap shops, and textbook donation programs, the organization encourages young people to actively contribute to a more sustainable future. Ozeankind is committed to supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and strengthening local communities through cooperation and empowerment, particularly for women and children.
Due to the geographical distance, the donation cheque was handed over to Michael Schmidt virtually.

Our Christmas campaign has now officially come to an end, and we are delighted that we were once again able to make a positive contribution. The smiles during the cheque handovers clearly showed us how valuable this support truly is.
For many years, the “Christmas Stars” campaign has been an integral part of our social commitment. To date, we have donated a total of €120,000 to charitable organizations.
