First all-electric truck for Elflein Logistics!

This week marked an important milestone for sustainable logistics at ELFLEIN! With the official handover of the Mercedes-Benz eActros 300, we are entering a new era of CO₂-free transport at our Epfendorf site.

The new eActros 300 will operate on the Epfendorf — Nabern — Sindelfingen — Epfendorf route for Mercedes-Benz AG, demonstrating how modern technology can actively contribute to environmental protection.

CO₂ savings per trip with using the e-truck: 142.62 kg CO₂
Annual CO₂ savings through the use of e-trucks: 71,312 kg CO₂ with 26,910 liters of avoided diesel
Total CO₂ savings at Elflein from February 2024 to February 2025: 22%
