Starting January 1, 2025, approximately 7,000 m² of warehouse space will be available at our facility, ideally suited for the storage of lithium-ion batteries and other hazardous goods. Our site offers a wide range of advantages and meets the highest safety and environmental standards.

Special storage hall: Designed for battery storage, featuring a WGK3 protective liner and a fire-fighting water retention system
24/7 operation: 3-shift operation possible
Capacity: Up to 4,000 pallet spaces, individually adaptable
Loading facilities: 6 dock levellers, 2 ground-level gates, 2 loading tunnels
Sustainability: Photovoltaic system for on-site power generation
Safety equipment: Sprinkler-protected racking system in accordance with FM Global standards
Storage capacities: Suitable for load carriers up to 2.5 x 2 x 1 m (WxDxH), including grating floors in all racking systems and heat protection panels
Technical equipment: 4 crane systems for repacking processes and up to 2,500 m² of block storage area
Safety and transport connections: Fully fenced facility - only 3 km from the A14 motorway and 15 km from the A9 motorway
